2024 Recap

2024 was a special and transformative year for RSP! There were 27,000+ images captured, and 50+ horses photographed from May to December. I travelled from Niagara to Terra Cotta, Erin, and Cedar Valley for sessions and horse shows.

I started the year with a pelvis fracture from a riding fall and endured 4 months of recovery and physio. I was back to photo sessions in May, starting with the beautiful tulip fields at Sarah Grey Pick Farm. Photographing horses in the Niagara tulip fields had been a dream for several years now, and what an incredible experience it was.

I finally launched my new website and branding this year! Kennedy from Kennedy Rose Design worked with me in 2023 to create my beautiful new logo and branding suite. I’m so thrilled that I was able to finish my website (after many, many hours of work).

I got back into photographing horse shows again, capturing the lovely Sherwood team at Major League Toronto. I also experimented with video, creating content for my own business as well as others. I became more active on TikTok, creating mini vlogs and behind-the-scenes content.

I’m so incredibly grateful to everyone who supports my small business. Thank you for allowing me to chase this dream and capture beautiful moments with my lens. I had so much fun this year and can’t wait to see what 2025 brings! Enjoy a recap of my favourite images from 2024.
